1. Take time during the week to listen to the Podcast on the theme.
2. Listen and reflect on the lyrics of the songs on the theme's playlist.
3. Choose a feature of your character to watch during that week. Make a list with the name of all the people affected by it and before starting the small group send only the list with the names to the group.
4. Talk to your pair of the week about the character feature you chose and how it affected the people on your list.
