1. Take time during the week to listen to the Podcast on the theme.
2. Listen and reflect on the lyrics of the songs on the theme's playlist.
3. Remember someone you have denied forgiveness to and write a letter or record an audio offering forgiveness to that person, then read or listen during the week until you feel a sincere desire to send it. 
4. Talk to your pair of the week about a forgiveness that has been denied to you, tell her if you think that you deserved to be forgiven and how much you wanted to be forgiven.
